About the Role:

Storak digital is looking for a strategic Digital Marketing Manager to lead our online growth. We hold the world’s most authentic library of Islamic knowledge; your job is to get these books into the hands of millions through smart, data-driven digital marketing.

You will be the "engine" behind our e-commerce success—managing ad campaigns, optimizing our digital presence, and driving sales by capitalizing on trends, events, and our vast catalog of products.

Your Mission: • Drive Revenue: Your primary goal is to increase online book sales. You will build sophisticated marketing funnels that turn casual social media scrollers into loyal readers. • Campaign Leadership: Lead 360-degree digital campaigns for new book launches, seasonal events (Ramadan, Hajj), and flagship products (e.g., The Sealed Nectar). • Content Strategy: You don’t just boost posts; you tell the creative team what to create based on what sells. You will guide the strategy for videos, graphics, and copy that convert. Who You Are: • The Strategist: You have a plan for why and when content is posted to beat the algorithm. • Data-Driven: You are comfortable with Google Analytics, Shopify dashboards, and Ad Managers. You make decisions based on data, not feelings. • Ethical Marketer: You understand the nuances of marketing Islamic products—maintaining dignity and authenticity while being aggressive on growth. • Collaborator: You can work side-by-side with graphic designers, video editors, and content creators to brief them on high-converting ad creatives.
Responsible For
Key Responsibilities: • Paid Media Strategy: Manage and optimize Meta (Facebook/Instagram), TikTok, and Google Ad campaigns to maximize ROAS (Return on Ad Spend). • Funnel Optimization: specific customer journeys—ensuring that a user who clicks an ad for a children's book sees the right upsells and emails to buy more. • Content Distribution: oversee the distribution of content across all platforms. Ensure our message is consistent whether it’s a Reel, a blog post, or a newsletter. • Analytics & Reporting: Track KPIs (Click-Through Rate, Conversion Rate, CAC) and report on what is driving actual revenue, not just vanity metrics like "likes." • SEO & Organic Growth: Implement strategies to grow our website traffic and social media following organically.
Additional Requirements
Requirements: • 3+ years of experience in Digital Marketing, E-commerce, or Performance Marketing. • Proven track record of managing ad budgets (Meta/Google/TikTok). • Strong understanding of Conversion Copywriting (writing text that sells). • Familiarity with the Pakistani digital landscape and consumer psychology.
